Welcome to Loop Functional Formulas (“LOOP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, wholesale program, and any purchases made through loopfunctionalformulas.com (the “Site”).

By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1. ABOUT US

LOOP Functional Formulas is an apparel and accessories brand headquartered in the United States.
All products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Site or place an order, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • reside within the United States (we do not serve international customers at this time);

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Wholesale access is limited to pre-approved businesses.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We design and sell apparel and accessories intended for personal use or resale by approved wholesale partners.
We make every effort to accurately represent product colors, materials, sizing, and photography. However, variations may occur based on device screens, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances.

LOOP reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & LIMITATIONS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • inaccurate billing or shipping information

  • suspected fraud

  • extraordinary order volume

  • inability to fulfill inventory

  • wholesale restrictions or policy violations

Retail orders are fulfilled subject to available inventory.
Wholesale orders follow separate approval criteria and minimum order quantities (see Section 12).

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, per business, or per address.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept major credit cards and available digital payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment is captured at the time of purchase.
Wholesale partners may be offered separate payment terms when approved.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is discovered after purchase, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel or pay the correct amount.

6. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

All orders ship from Dallas, TX.
Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before shipment.

We ship exclusively within the United States using:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • Freight carriers (for large wholesale orders)

Shipping timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but missing, you must notify us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier claim.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (RETAIL CUSTOMERS)

Retail customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided items meet return criteria.

Eligible returns must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • free from odors, stains, and pet hair

  • in original condition

  • with original tags attached

Return Shipping Responsibilities:

  • Customer pays return shipping for size issues, personal preference changes, or ordering mistakes.

  • LOOP covers return shipping when a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Final sale, clearance, and limited-edition items may be non-returnable.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including:

  • items marked “final sale”

  • clearance items

  • gift cards

  • bulk or customized orders

  • wholesale orders (see Section 12)

9. INTERNATIONAL SALES

LOOP currently ships within the United States only.
International ordering, shipping, and returns are not supported.

10. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Creating an account is optional.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
LOOP is not liable for unauthorized access caused by failure to secure your account.

11. WHOLESALE PROGRAM (B2B ACCOUNTS)

Approved wholesale partners are subject to specific terms outlined in our Wholesale Program page.

Key wholesale rules include:

  • Minimum Order Quantities: Opening order 30 units; reorders 20 units.

  • All wholesale sales are final.

  • Wholesale returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Wholesale orders may ship via freight or multi-carton shipments depending on volume.

  • Wholesale pricing is accessible only to approved accounts.

LOOP reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or revoke wholesale access for violating pricing, territory, resale, or volume requirements.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including product images, designs, logos, artwork, videos, written copy, and layout—is owned or licensed by LOOP.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or modify any content without our written permission.

Wholesale partners may use approved assets for marketing with prior written consent.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Site in any way that:

  • violates laws or regulations

  • infringes intellectual property

  • attempts to bypass security

  • scrapes data or content

  • impersonates LOOP staff or partners

  • interferes with Site functionality

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOOP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:

  • merchantability

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • durability

  • non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Site operation.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LOOP is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • lost profits or lost opportunities

  • delays caused by carriers

  • misuse, wear, or improper care of apparel

  • customer-provided shipping errors

  • unauthorized account access

  • loss of inventory sold by wholesale partners

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOOP, its employees, agents, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • breach of these Terms

  • misuse of the Site

  • violation of any law or third-party rights

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting.
Your continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
