Shipping & Returns

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed on the LOOP Functional Formulas (“LOOP”) website. It covers retail (consumer) orders and wholesale (B2B) orders, which operate under different terms.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled from our facility in Dallas, Texas.
Standard processing time is 2–5 business days. During peak product drops, new collection launches, or inventory restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

LOOP uses the following carriers based on order size, destination, and service level selected at checkout:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • Freight carriers for large wholesale shipments

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on the most efficient service for your region and order weight.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier availability.

Wholesale orders may ship in multiple cartons or via palletized freight depending on order size.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing:

  1. Please check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to request a trace.

  4. Notify us at support@loopfunctionalformulas.com within 7 days of the marked delivery.

We will assist in filing a carrier claim, but replacements are not guaranteed for lost or stolen packages.


RETAIL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Window

Retail customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

Returns requested outside this window cannot be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • free of odors, stains, or pet hair

  • in original condition

  • with all original tags attached

Items returned with visible wear or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping Costs (Mixed Method)

Customer pays return shipping when:

  • exchanging for another size

  • changing their mind

  • ordering the wrong product

  • no defect or error occurred

LOOP covers return shipping when:

  • the product arrived damaged

  • the incorrect item was sent

  • there is a verified manufacturing defect

We will provide a prepaid return label under these conditions.


Refund Timeline

Once the returned item arrives at our Dallas facility, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and refund processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

  • final sale items

  • clearance or promotional items

  • limited edition drops (when noted on product page)

  • any item marked “final sale” at checkout


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase.
Once the return is approved and processed, customers may place a new order for the desired item.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide photos and your order number to:

Approved defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.


WHOLESALE (B2B) ORDERS – POLICIES

Wholesale terms apply to approved B2B accounts only.

All Wholesale Sales Are Final

Wholesale orders are produced and packed specifically for each business, therefore:

All wholesale sales are final and non-returnable.

We do not accept wholesale returns or exchanges for size discrepancies, overstock, change-of-mind, or delayed resale.


Defective / Incorrect Wholesale Items

Wholesale partners must report any incorrect, damaged, or defective items within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • photos of damage

  • carton count discrepancies

  • packing slip

  • order number

We will replace or credit defective items at our discretion.
Return shipping for defects is covered by LOOP.


Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders ship from Dallas, TX via:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Freight (LTL or palletized, depending on order size)

Freight shipments may require lift-gate service depending on the destination. Any special delivery requirements must be requested prior to shipment.
